Paytrail - Added an extra check that makes sure PaymentMethod exists when return callback from Paytrail is executed.
Klarna Checkout - Improved "activation failed" email message. Now error message from Klarna is also included. - The "activation failed" email is activated automatically when KCO payment method is added to the shop the first time.
